Limited Warranty Information Tootsie Tanner carries a six month limited warranty covering all parts (except sunlamps and starters) defective in workmanship or materials. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and does not cover shipping costs. Tootsie Tanner's warranty will not cover damages resulting from neglect, accident, alteration or use of the unit in a manner not described in the instruction manual or for which it was not intended. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any parts or materials found to be defective. We require all warranty claims to be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and the RGA Form.
